DESCRIPTION:Join Thames Chase for a national celebration of autumnal harvest at Apple Weekend! \nThere will be produce stalls selling locally grown apples\, honey\, preserves and juices; children’s activities (apple treasure hunt\, make apple bird feeders and other crafts); and traditional country crafts like willow weaving and woodcraft. \nThe cafe will be serving delicious pork & apple hotdogs\, apple crumble & cream\, apple shortbread cake\, teas & coffees\, a selection of cakes and toffee apples. \nThe Land of the Fanns team will be available to share information on the scheme\, details of forthcoming events and there will be an activity for the children to take part in. \n\n\n\nDates:\nSat 20th & Sun 21st October 2018\n\n\nTime:\n10am – 4pm\n\n\nLocation:\nThames Chase Forest Centre\, Upminster\n\n\nCost:\nFree\n\n\n\n  \n
