DESCRIPTION:This training takes place as part of Land of the Fanns Landscape Champions of Tomorrow. Empowering communities to upskill and take ownership of their local heritage and green spaces. \nIf you run a place that people visit\, such as an historic house\, a nature reserve or a country park\, and need help understanding your existing or potential visitors\, these workshops are for you.  \nMaybe you would like more people to visit\, or your existing visitors to come more often. Possibly you now have different types of visitors form pre-Covid and are trying to work out how to respond. This workshop is designed to help you work on your own situation and come up with bespoke solutions. \nWe will start with a tried and tested visitor segmentation model to focus on what motivates people to visit places like yours. This highlights four key motivations which are a great tool for understanding the different reasons people do\, or do not\, visit you.
