DESCRIPTION:Congratulations – you’ve been awarded funding to deliver your project! But wait – you’re being asked to monitor and evaluate it too? During this training session\, we’ll discuss how to plan and measure your project impact proportionately. Done well\, you will generate the stories and evidence to wow your funder – and build the case for your next project! \nThis training will be led by Scott Sullivan. Based in South Essex\, Scott specialises in developing\, delivering and evaluating heritage\, environment and arts/culture place-based projects. Since 2015\, he has raised in excess of £7.5 million to help better connect people to place.
