DESCRIPTION:Join Thames Chase for some fresh air and enjoy the countryside on our 4.5 mile guided walk on mostly surfaced paths around Hornchurch Country Park and Ingrebourne Hill. \nYou will hear about the history of RAF Hornchurch and the marshes which are a site of Special Scientific Interest. Then on to the former landfill site of Ingrebourne Hill with its great views to Canary Wharf and across the Thames to the hills of Kent. \nThe walk will finish at the Essex Wildlife Trust Visitor Centre. \nMeet at Hornchurch Country Park car park off Squadrons Approach. \n\n\n\nWhen\nSaturday 26th January 2019\n\n\nTime\n10am – 12:30pm\n\n\nLocation\nHornchurch Country Park\n\n\nCost\n£3 Donation\n\n\n\nThames Chase Guided Walks are in partnership with Land of the Fanns. \nRaising Funds for Thames Chase Trust (Charity Number: 1115627) \n
