It explores the day to day activities needed to have a positive volunteering experience \nCreating Role Descriptions \nAdvertising and Marketing \nThe Application Process \nInterviewing Volunteers \nReferences \nManagement and Supervision \nTackling difficult situations \nRecognising and Valuing Volunteers \nThis training takes place as part of Land of the Fanns Landscape Champions of Tomorrow.
