It explores the day to day activities needed to have a positive volunteering experience \nCreating Role Descriptions \nAdvertising and Marketing \nThe Application Process \nInterviewing Volunteers \nReferences \nManagement and Supervision \nTackling difficult situations \nRecognising and Valuing Volunteers \nThis training takes place as part of Land of the Fanns Landscape Champions of Tomorrow. DESCRIPTION:THE MARKETING MIX FOR COUNTRYSIDE SITES AND HERITAGE ATTRACTIONS \nThis workshop includes some preparatory work. \nThis practical workshop will help you review and refresh the way your organisation presents itself to people. We will use the Marketing Mix\, adapted for countryside sites and heritage attractions\, to look at how you want people to think about you and why they will engage with you.
