Geology and Local History of Chafford – EWT


Take a walk on the wild side and explore the history behind Chafford Gorge’s nature park, take a look at the geology of the site too.

About the event

Join us for a walk around the country park. We will lead you through the 100 years of history. View artefacts and take a step back in time.

Please note that the session will be spent outside and that a lot of walking will be involved. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

This course is in partnership with and is being offered at a reduced rate as part of the Land of the Fanns Landscape Partnership Scheme thanks to funding from National Lottery Heritage Fund.
