School Travel Fund

Is the cost of transport stopping your school from arranging educational visits?

The Land of the Fanns Landscape Partnership Scheme could help fund your transport costs for a local environmental or heritage site educational visit.  The benefits of visiting a local site for heritage and outdoor education are enormous. School visits connect students and staff with their local environment, offer an understanding of an area’s history and development and help foster an appreciation and respect for wildlife and the natural world.

For full information and ideas of places you can visit please download a copy of our leaflet:

As the Land of the Fanns scheme comes to a close in 2022, all trips have to be taken before the end of May 2022.
